Fitness Classes information

50+ Aerobics

45 minutes of a variety of low impact exercises for 50+ adults using appropriate music and equipment. Please bring a towel, mat (if you have one) and water.

45 minutes of a variety of low impact exercises for 50+ adults using appropriate music and equipment. Please bring a towel, mat (if you have one) and water.

Circuit sessions

Approx. 15 cardio and resistance stations set up to give you a maximum workout. 1-2 minutes at each station will give you ample time to work to your limit and not get bored. You will be encouraged and motivated by a gym instructor throughout this 1 hour workout. Circuits often include boxing with partners and floorwork. Suitable for all fitness levels. Please bring a towel, mat (if you have one) and water.

Bootcamps

A variety of exercises to keep your heart rate pumping. Mix of cardio, strength and flexibility training using various equipment such as fitballs, dumbbells, resistance bands, boxing gloves & pads. Exercises can be varied to suit your level of fitness. You don’t have to run if you don’t want to! Please bring a towel, mat (if you have one) and water.

Boxing & Abs

30 minutes of a mix of boxing with partners using mitts and pads, using the boxing station as well as some cardio and strength workouts in-between. Following by 20 minutes of full body strengthening (abs, back, legs, chest, arms)  and finished off with 10 minutes of stretches. Suitable for all fitness levels. Please bring a towel, mat (if you have one) and water.

Pilates

Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. Pilates is named for its creator, Joseph Pilates, who developed the exercises in the 1920s.

A Pilates routine generally includes exercises that promote core strength and stability, muscle control and endurance, including exercises that stress proper posture and movement patterns and balanced flexibility and strength.

 Hit to Fit

A fun music based workout using fit balls and drumsticks. A great cardio workout which just happens to be a lot of fun.

Create your own Group Training

Your own group training sessions can be run at a time to suit you and your friends/family/colleagues and tailored specifically to your needs. Must sign up for minimum 6 week block.  It could be whatever type of class your like - it's your session. 

Small group costs:

  • 2 people x Group Training (30 minutes) $50
  • 3 people x Group Training (30 minutes) $60
  • 4 people x Group Training (30 minutes) $70
  • up to 10 people Group Training (30 minutes) $80
  • 2 people x Group Training (1 hour) $80
  • 3 people x Group Training (1 hour) $90
  • 4 people x Group Training (1 hour) $100
  • up to 10 people Group Training (1 hour) $120

No Fitness Classes or Gym run on Public Holidays and Long Weekends.

Due to safety reasons and the benefit of all participants, under no circumstances are children to be present at bootcamps, fitness classes, personal training or in the gym unless over 12 years of age and a paying participant.
