1 on 1 Personal Training Sessions
Your first session will include an interview and health screening, from which a Personal Fitness Program will be written. Weekly Personal Training sessions will then be designed and monitored specifically for your needs.
Personal Training sessions focus on nutrition, weight loss, increasing fitness and energy levels, toning and personal motivation.
30 minute sessions*
- 1 session / wk $39.50
- 2 sessions / wk $70.00
- 3 sessions / wk $90.00
1 hour sessions*
- 1 session / wk $65
- 2 sessions / wk $120
- 3 sessions / wk $150
Minimum 6 week program*
Or one-off Personal Training session - $70/1 hr or $42/30 min.

Group training can also be arranged
Small group costs:
- 2 people x Personal Training (30 minutes) $50
- 3 people x Personal Training (30 minutes) $60
- 4 people x Personal Training (30 minutes) $70
- 5+ people x Personal Training (30 minutes) - limit 10 people $80
- 2 people x Personal Training (1 hour) $80
- 3 people x Personal Training (1 hour) $90
- 4 people x Personal Training (1 hour) $100
- 5+ people x Personal Training (1 hour) - limit 10 people $120
All Group Training can be tailored to suit your needs and times. Must sign up for 6 week block. Contact us for further details.
